Where can you replay minigames?
The rightmost counter in the Game Park opens the Minigame Corner, where the manual says you can freely play the minigames. Look for a present icon when choosing a game, since it can indicate a new encounter. This is a way to identify available opportunities, not a guaranteed unlock list for every character.

What do the three crowns mean?
The crowns communicate Easy, Medium and Super Hard. Difficulty can change with your performance, so compare the displayed setting before assuming the same minigame is behaving differently for no reason. Clearing all its difficulty levels can offer a special sticker; the manual points to a blue present icon for that opportunity.
Are Petit Games the same thing?
No. A Petit Game is played by one person on the Game Pad while the other players remain free to act. A minigame asks the participants to work together. That distinction matters when someone seems absent from a group activity: check the activity type before treating it as a controller or connection problem.
